To realize the maximum potential of its container terminals, HPH has developed nGen, an in-house Terminal Operating System which provides a holistic approach to operational optimization. Whether tracking cargo through a port or automating equipment operations, nGen provides improved visibility, velocity and measureable business results.

nGen is a scalable terminal management solution that provides HPH terminals worldwide with a common collaborative platform to streamline port processes. It includes many advanced intelligent
features such as the Automatic Grounding Strategy (AGS) and the Horizontal Transfer Equipment Deployment.

Apart from being a terminal management system, nGen is also equipped with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) technology (with shipping lines) to streamline the operations flow.

HPH deploys nGen not only for terminal planning and operations but also for administration, accounting and internal/external communication.
