Delegate Attendance
For list of delegates at the PEMA AGM 2025 Gdańsk, click here. Note that late registrations or change of delegates may have been past print date and the digital delegate list is updated often. Members attending any PEMA event are permitted to bringing two delegates on behalf of their company with the opportunity to extend and bring extra company representatives to the meeting if the company is sponsoring an event package, and the number of representatives varies on a case-by-case basis.

The Baltic Hub Container Terminal tour is currently at full capacity for the health and safety of visitors attending. The maximum capacity is 80pax, and PEMA will share a list of delegates on coach A and coach B attending, as well as a waitlist in which delegates whom did not sign up in time, which is updated regularly from cancellations.
