PEMA expands further with several new members
31.08.2010 – Global electronics and engineering group Siemens, German industrial braking specialist Pintsch Bubenzer, US OCR systems provider APS Technology Group, Greece’s Craneports and Bureau Veritas are the newest member companies to join the Port Equipment Manufacturers Association (PEMA).
“Our new members are at the forefront of technological development and we anticipate that they will make valuable contributions to our ongoing efforts to improve safety and sustainability across the port equipment sector,” says PEMA President, Ottonel Popesco. PEMA provides a forum and public voice for the global port equipment and technology sectors, reflecting their critical role in enabling safe, secure, sustainable and productive ports and thereby supporting world maritime trade.
